JEE MAIN 2018 Results will be declared in the month of April 2018. The answer key of JEE MAIN 2018 will be declared after the examination is completed.
If any discrepancies in JEE MAIN 2018 answer key candidates can challenge the conducting authority be paying INR 500 fee via Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Secretary, CBSE and payable at New Delhi.
Candidates can view the marks obtained in JEE MAIN 2018 by entering their Application number and date of birth in the result portal of JEE MAIN official site.
Candidates should download the JEE MAIN 2018 scorecard and take the printout of it. It is required at the time of counselling and admission process at the allocated institute.
To pass JEE MAIN 2018 candidates need to score minimum cut off marks in the examination:
- General Merit: 81.
- OBC: 49.
- SC: 32.
- ST: 27.
Only the top 2,24,000 All India Rank holders in JEE Main 2018 will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2018.
In case if two or more candidates who score equal marks in JEE MAIN 2018 Examination then inter-se-merit of such candidates will be decided on these bases:
- The candidate who scores the highest mark in qualifying examination will be placed in the higher rank in the JEE MAIN 2018 merit list.
- A candidate giving a lesser number of incorrect answers in JEE MAIN 2018 Examination will be placed in higher merit position.
